I just leased my second Kia From Hilltop! Ask for Moe!!! Went from the 2022 Forte GT-Line for the new beautiful K4 GT-Line Turbo. WOW!!! What an upgrade. My lease was coming up and wasn't sure what to do. Moe walked me through all the processes of doing a buyout and doing a trade-in. I had a lot of questions-and I mean a lot!!! Moe was very responsive every single time. I was also in a little bit of a finance challenge. Moe went above and beyond to make this happen. My daughter also leased her car through Hilltop. I don't usually do reviews but I had to. Go to Hilltop and ask for Moe! Top of the line in Customer Service and that is huge! Thank you, Moe!!!

My family and I needed a bigger car but was very hesitant if we will be able to afford another car that is more than 5 seats. Thank God nothing is truly impossible if it's God's will. We just got the new Carnival 2025 Ex Hybrid 8 seater and John Tohman and his team was the best! He was very helpful and made sure that our needs were all addressed and also made it financially suitable for us to get this car. Definitely the best seller I have ever met and the transaction was very fast and smooth and he even assisted us with our needs after we got the car home! If yall are looking for a new car, definitely look for John Tohman and his team at Hiltop Ford/Kia and guarantee yourself the best car that suits you and your family!

My sales consultant, John Locke, was courteous, helpful, positive, well-informed and relaxed. Not at all like the stereotypical car salesperson (which I can tell you still very much exists out there, as if the 21st century or Tesla had never happened). Kia vehicles in general have become highly competitive and it was a pleasure to test-drive various cars with generous jaunts that really allowed me to get a sense of ride quality, road noise, and performance. Ask for John if you deal with Hilltop Kia, you will not be disappointed. And you will get a very reasonable price to boot, as long as you do your Internet research. That's on us ;-)

This is actually the second vehicle I've purchased from Hilltop Kia, and both experiences have been nothing but positive. I also regularly service my vehicle there, and the staff has always been courteous, helpful, and professional.

What Great place to get a new car. I had great experience. Amy Larose worked very hard and one of nicest people i know as a sells person. She cares for you understands what your needs are. She doesn't push you buy something you don't want. Keep on working hard.

This review is for Phil, the salesperson who helped me. Phil is so knowledgeable about not only Kias but also the competitors. He's welcoming, professional and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with him. I find good customer service can be harder to find these days but he really is great at his profession and his role at hilltop kia is a great fit with his personality.

We received outstanding service from Alana Brown at Hilltop, when we just purchased a new 2025 Kia Sorento. She is the internet sales manager. No games, great communication, complete transparency, super friendly, great listener, didn't try to upsell beyond what we needed/wanted...just what you want, but rarely get (unfortunately).

I would for sure purchase from her again (and ask if I could purchase from her if buying a Ford from there as well)

Hilltop Kia is the best. I was a returning customer and had to reach out again to Moe, who helped me a few years ago. We did the pre-approval process beforehand and when I arrived, it was a breeze. This is a rating for Hilltop KIA's scheduler, Lynette, who helped schedule both on-site (Hilltop) service and (later) mobile service for my KIA Sorento. (That's right, Hilltop KIA can service your car at your home! Who knew?!). She also helped facilitate a refund pertaining to an overcharge. Speaking with Lynette during a car "situation" is what every customer wants and deserves: She is 100% positive, helpful and empathetic - the walking/talking definition of exceptional customer service. Thank you, Lynette for the great support and for making sure there was resolution and a satisfied customer at the end of the day. I felt like Lynette "had my back" at all times. Much appreciated!

Neither my husband or myself have ever had such an easy car buying experience. One could even say the experience was pleasant! Moe was an amazing sales person. There was no pressure to make a purchase. He was super helpful taking the time to see if he could find another color for us. He did find the color I wanted but he had a car on the lot which he suggested that I might like. The color was so cheerful, way better than the color I thought I wanted! Both Moe and the finance guy did not pressure us to buy the service packages. They explained the services well but accepted "No," without asking us over and over and over. Moe was really patient in showing us how to use all the car's features. I highly recommend Moe at Richmond Hilltop KIA to be your salesperson. He is super nice, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

Hilltop Kia and especially Moe are the absolute best. My Mother and I were shopping for essentially her dream car. We had been to another dealer and had a bad experience so when were first were greeted by Moe it was such a relief. Right away he was kind, professional, and patient. In my 52 years and my Mom's 84 years we have never had a sales representative be so nice and sensitive to our needs. He took quite a bit of time to answer all of our questions and make sure that every detail of our experience was perfect. Moe and the rest of the Hilltop Kia staff were exactly what we needed. "Mo" is awesome! Very patient, very helpful. He says he's been here for 15 years, and it shows. Easy going experience, and hooked up to the fullest. He gave my fiance and I some private time to go over things on our own because we were torn between the telluride and the Sorento as the monthly payments kept us weary. But he said, "it's about what makes you happy... sale or no sale, I want my customers to be happy and not call 6 months down the line to say, 'I am not happy'." Cool guy, easily pointed out the difference and answered the questions we had for comparison... best part is--I felt no pressure! And we went home with the new 2025 Telluride SX Prestige X-Line! I just bought my first new car in a very long time. I went to Hilltop Kia and looked at cars with Moe. I was specifically looking for a 2024 or 2025 Niro Hybrid. Moe was really great and he followed up via text right afterward. About a week went by and I was out of touch because I got sick and Moe texted again and said there were a couple of good deals on the lot and I made arrangements to stop by and I ended up leaving with a car that afternoon! I managed to get a 2024 Nira EX with less than 4,000 miles on it and I am thrilled. Moe made the transaction very easy and efficient. The financing was easy also.

I am excited to learn more about my new car. Moe let me know that I can stop by anytime if I have questions, about the car; I think I am going to have to take him up on his offer in the near future because there's a lot to learn!

I am looking forward to having the car serviced at Kia Hilltop too.

Mo was super helpful in leasing us a 2024 Kia EV 6 at the best price without pressure. He answered all our questions with patience and transparency and delivered the car on time as promised. With his background in engineering Mo really knows and appreciates the latest innovations in EVs and I imagine other cars as well. Very professional personable and authentic (unlike most car sales folks) so the experience actually felt human! We'd give him 10 stars if we could!

This review is for Moe, the internet sales manager. Although we didn't end up buying a car here (decided to go with a different manufacturer), I would highly recommend you to reach out to Moe if you are looking for a Kia. He is honest, responsive, and very helpful. His pricing is straightforward and transparent. No bait and switch, no "below MSRP" but then hit you with $3000 dealers installed options and fees. He is willing to work with you and give you the best they can offer. Overall, very smooth experience.

Moe assisted us today with choosing, test driving, signing up our lease and going through the car's features. Moe was very knowledgeable and patient. I often dislike dealership as I feel forced into a sales but Moe wasn't forcing anything on us and answer all of questions patiently. It is the first time I feel good about the whole process. Excellent communications. Saleem was very responsive to inquiries. The vehicle details and pricing were exactly as promised. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary add-ons. They were sincerely interested in making the car buying experience completely satisfactory. The finance manager went through all documents for signature slowly and clearly. He had a full electronic desktop for reviewing and signing the docs. Awesome procedure. He then gave me a USB drive with the documents!

Moe was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and showed me everything. There was to know about the EV 9. he went out of his way to give me additional information just on electric cars in general. I would definitely only work with him again.

This Kia Dealership is very professional, friendly, and service oriented. I arrived early, but that wasn't a problem. The associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He had answers to all my questions and surprised me by telling me a car wash was part of the service. And when the service was done, he was able to point out some things on my car that could use attention because a thorough inspection was done as well. Unfortunately I didn't know the service would take so long, but there was a waiting area with drinks and snacks and comfortable chairs to wait in. Since I had to wait, they were able to hurry the service a bit and when I left I felt my car had been totally looked over and taken care of.

I bought my lovely Kia Soul from Moe. He was great to deal with and helped me understand things I didn't. I have used the service department for years and always appreciated them. Moe has been great about staying in touch over the years, and now that I have moved to Arizona, I certainly miss the customer service I got used to at Hilltop

The team at Hilltop Kia was so amazing when I was purchasing my new Telluride. I had reached out to about 5 dealerships around the bay and these guys hands down were the best and had the best price. This was my first visit to an auto plaza. My expectations were high with no intention to buy anything but get a better understanding of the features in my car. My sales lady was Alana. Her customer relationship was top notch. She gave me an expository of the car with proper eduction even though I didn't originally purchase the car from Hilltop Kai. However, I drove out a satisfied customer. I must add I got a brand new car of my choice from Hilltop KAI. Thanks to Alana and the team for a great job. With the after sales care I got ; it is definitely a 5 stars from me.

Although we did not end up buying a car from Hilltop Kia, I wanted to leave a review because my experience with them was so positive. As the primary driver, I was the one doing the initial test-driving and car shopping - but I am a woman. I went to a bunch of different dealerships to try different cars, and at every other place I was treated both with indifference and outright rudeness. My husband accompanied me one time, and the salesman would only speak to him.

I am happy to say that was not AT ALL the case with Hilltop Kia. Both Phil and his team took me seriously and treated me with respect. They asked when it would be appropriate to follow up and then actually followed through. When I asked to see some numbers, the accountant guy gave me a quick rundown. Phil treated me as if I was the actual car buyer (which I am) and not just as an obstacle to getting to my husband. I would 100% have bought a car from him if I hadn't found a fantastic deal on a used car that I couldn't pass up.

I had a great experience working with Alana during the purchase process of a new Kia EV. Alana helped our family go over the different models, and even reached out to me frequently to assist with a complex trade issue. She was committed to assisting me in this process, and we greatly appreciate her help. I would recommend people work with her and this dealership if they are looking to get into a new Kia.

If you're coming to this Kia service station look for Matt he's the best! He hooked me up with a shuttle service all the way back home, and also called me when my car was ready in a timely fashion. He also explained extra detail and attention to what type of service my car went through.
